I'd like to introduce the sixth member of Team Cozy: Kevin Collins. Kevin is going to be heading up our Customer Support team, and is also helping open the new Cozy studio in Portland, Oregon (more on that soon).
I worked closely with Kevin in my days at Flickr, where he consistently provided the highest quality experience to Flickr members even during high-stress high-stakes times. Most recently, Kevin headed up Technical Support, Customer Support, and QA (among other things) at Tiny Speck. Kevin's technical background combined with his character, patience, and all-around goodness make him perfectly suited to the high-touch service our customers receive. Kevin always fights the good fight for community members, and is a fantastic leader.
